ORDER: -

      The following Notification shall be published in the Extraordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dated: 13.10.2005.

      In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) & (c) of sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005), Government of Telangana hereby makes the following rules, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement

1. These rules may be called the Telangana Right to Information (Regulation of fee and cost) Rules, 2005.
2. They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Definitions

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires: -

1. 'State' means, the State of Telangana.
2. 'Act' means, the Right to Information Act, 2005.
3. 'Section' means, section of the Act.
